Mixed vegetables tadka oats ape

#rstea These ape are so yummilicious which can be prepared within few minutes and also can be served with evening tea or in morning breakfast.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Cooking time :

7-8 minutes
1.5 cup

oats powder

1/2 cup

semolina

3/4 cup

curd

1 tsp

oil

leaves

Some curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients for making the batter of ape (oats powder, semolina, salt, curd, vegetables, water).

* Step 2

Rest it for 10 minutes

* Step 3

In the meantime prepare the tadka.

* Step 4

Heat a wok with oil and add punch phoran in it.

* Step 5

When the mustard in the punch phoran crackle then add the chopped green chilli and curry leaves in it and switch off the flame.

* Step 6

Brush the ape pan with oil and pour the batter in them and over it add some tadka and cover the lid for sometimes.

* Step 7

Cook both the sides till they become golden brown in colour in low flame.

* Step 8

Now your mixed vegetables tadka oats apes are ready.

* Step 9

Serve hot with any ketchup.
