#indvspak Punugullu is a popular snacks of Andhra Pradesh. It is a type of fritters made out from the idli batter. I just add the chopped green onion in it.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 cups

idli batter

2-3 tsp

semolina

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add semolina into the idli batter and rest it for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Then add rest of the ingredients except oil in it.

* Step 3

Heat a Kadhai and put oil in it.

* Step 4

Then deep fry them by making small fritters.

* Step 5

Now your green onion punugullu is ready.

* Step 6

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
