Nutty Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
I like to use 4 mini loaf pans so that I can share with friends and family, but a large baking dish works as well!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
* Step 2
Mash bananas in large bowl.
* Step 3
Beat in sugar, egg, and butter.
* Step 4
In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda.
* Step 5
Add to dry mixture and stir until smooth.
* Step 6
Add chocolate chips and stir.
* Step 7
Pour into lightly greased mini loaf trays or large baking dish.
* Step 8
Sprinkle desired amount walnuts on top of batter.
* Step 9
Bake for 40-45 minutes for mini loaf pans, 55-60 minutes for large baking dish.
