Cauli-Broc and Cheese
Trying to cut carbs out of my diet! This recipe is low in carbs and high in fiber! Not to mention very tasty! I use carbquick as my flour! You can purchase it online!

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Wash Broccoli and cauliflower. Cut them down to florets. I buy a 12 oz bag of the two combined to save time.
* Step 3
Bring pot to boil. Turn down heat, combine the two in pot and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain and add 2 tablespoons of butter and a few dashes of garlic salt to taste. Pour into casserole dish and set aside.
* Step 4
In a sauce pan, Melt butter at a medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of low carb flour and mix well. Slowly pour in cream and stir until bubbly and thick. Turn heat to low. Add cheese stirring constantly. Add a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce stirring constantly. Once your cheese is melted pour over broccoli and cauliflower. (Optional) Don't be afraid to try your favorite cheese!
* Step 5
Cover and Place in oven for 20 mins. Uncover for the last 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly toasted.
