Angel Soup 115 calories per serving
I am lactose intolerant & started making my own soups in August ,2014 with a Swan soup maker & food processor for help. I am not a professional cook I just learn as I go along. I started on a calorie controlled diet in January 2014 & lost 55lb with exercise as well. I have under active thyroid & meds which make me gain weight rapidly but these soups help fill me from lunch to tea time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In soup maker add the following. If using with swan soup maker keep ingredients in the screen.
* Step 2
Using a food processor or chopper or by hand chop as small as possible in the following order. I used an 8 in 1 food processor from asda as it all fits in the bowl.
* Step 3
Turn on the soup maker & click on soup them start filling up the centre of the screen, the potatoes are used to thicken the soup & is more filling & less calories & take a little longer to cook hence why they go in 1st. Keep adding all the ingredients pushing them down if required until they have all been added. If there is any vegetable juice left in the processor add that too.
* Step 4
When the soup maker is finished divide approximately 410ml per bowl. If serving immediately stir in 14g of alpro yoghurt.
* Step 5
If not serving leave to cool, lid & put in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days. When required heat up add the yoghurt & enjoy.
