Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lets prepare bowl first of all you need a pan on medium flame and add crushed sewaiyya,put ghee it mix well and saute for 5 minutes.

Now add condensed milk, mix,1 minute then add water and mix again then turn off flame.

Take a mould and add into 6 gelatin moulds into the box and set the hot sewaiyya with helping of spoon like this photo like katori shape and set a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

* Step 4

Next step is preparing rabri :So take a pan and add milk and boiling then add cream, milk powder and cook, after 20 minutes then add sugar, cardamom powder, rose water and food colour it mix well and turn off the flame.

Now rabri is ready it keep aside and cool, and cut the nuts.

* Step 6

Lets plate and garnish it. Lets check out the bowl now remove the bowl, and take a plate and the bowl on the plate then rabri pull it in the top slowly, add cherry in the center and garnish nuts and the dish is ready to eat.
