Paneer cheese pav bhaji
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all collect all ingredients. Now take a pan,add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. When butter is melt,then add red and green chutney and mix it well.
* Step 2
Now add curry leaf and chopped onion. Stire continuously. When onion is turn on golden in colour now add chopped capsicum, stire and cover the lid at least 5min. After 5 min add grated carrot and peas.
* Step 3
Mix it well and add chopped tomato and some salt. Cover the lid at least 5 to 10 min in medium flame. After 10min,open the lid and check tomato.. When all veggii is cook well then add whole spices and mashed potato,and mix it. Now add salt(acc to taste),and add water as required.
* Step 4
Cover the lid 10min in low flame. After 10min mash bhaji with masher and mix well. Now add paneer cubes & 1 lemon and bhaji is ready.
* Step 5
Paneer cheese pav bhaji is ready. Serve with paneer cubes,grated cheese and butter in bhaji with onion ring and lemon.
