Xtra crispy BAKED parmesan french fries
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 400°. Cut your fries and add them to a ice water. Let soak for at least 15 minutes. Longer the better.
* Step 2
Drain and pat dry your potatoes. Add oil and salt to bowl and mix to coat your fries
* Step 3
Add fries to a grease baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes,THEN turn up oven to 450°, flip fries,and sprinkle on grated parmesan. Add back to oven and cook 15 more minutes till ends start to brown. Dont wait for oven to get to 450, just add fries once cheese was added and flipped. Enjoy
