Sweet potato Shrimp skillet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and dive your sweet potato
* Step 2
Add oil to your pan, add garlic cook about 30 seconds
* Step 3
Add shrimp, cook till pink. 4 to 6 minutes
* Step 4
Set aside shrimp, in same pan add potato and broth. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Add green beans and cook about 5 minutes
* Step 6
Add shrimp back in. Cook to reheat. 3mins or so. Top with parsley and mozzarella, serve
