Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cupcakes: 1. Beat all cupcake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

* Step 2

Frosting: 1. Beat all frosting ingredients (except confectioner's sugar) until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until smooth.
