Light Eema Soup: Meatballs, Rice and Tomato

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Divide the ground kafta into small balls.
* Step 2
In a saucepan cook the kafta balls turning them every few minutes until they change color from all sides. Remove and keep aside.
* Step 3
Pour 1.5 liter of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add in the kafta balls, tomato paste, rice and salt. Cook until the rice is done.
