Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash and soak rice for 15min if it's Normal everyday rice if basmati soak for 30min and next make green paste of coriander and mint grind into smooth paste and keep ready.Take whole spices.
* Step 2
Next in cooker add oil and put cumin seeds and whole spices and saute for 1 minute and then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.Next add sliced onion and saute till onion gets soft.
* Step 3
Next add the prepared green paste with spices turmeric,red chilli,garam masala,coriander powder and saute for 5 minutes and then add corn kernels.
* Step 4
Next add rice and required water to cook add salt as per taste and pressure cook 5 to 6 whistle.Serve hariyali corn pulav with raita.
