Mixed sprouts kabab
The combination of all types of sprouts makes this kabab very healthy and special
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I have used ready soaked sprouts which I pressure cooked 5 to 6 whistle by adding whole potatoes so that it gets cooked together wash it before adding after it gets cooked drain of the water completely and cool down.Next add into grinder and grind coarsely. And peel the potatoes and smashed it with a fork.
* Step 2
Next add all spices with adding maida,rice flour,corn flour,salt and slice of bread by crushing it and boiled potatoes and lemon juice mix well and bind nicely.
* Step 3
Grease your palms with oil and make round shape kebabs and you can deep fry,shallow fry because everything is cooked already I did shallow fry by using very less oil to make it healthy.serve hot kebabs with green chutney or tomato sauce taste delicious and helathy.
