Thakali rice is tomato rice which is made with cooked rice you can make with leftover rice also taste amazing.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take basmati rice wash it and cook full by adding 1tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and cook it fully,next keep all ingredients ready and take a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves and let it splutter.
* Step 2
Next add cashew and saute till it becomes brown and then add one slit green chilli,chopped onion,ginger paste, and saute till onions becomes soft next add chopped tomatoes, salt and saute until it becomes soft and then add all the spices chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and saute and cook for a minute.
* Step 3
Next add cooked rice if you find water in cooked rice just drain completely and add then add the rice into masala prepared mix gently and cover with lid and keep for 5 minutes so that the masala gets absorbed with rice nicely.
* Step 4
Serve this delicious tomato rice with any raita you like and enjoy the taste.
