Mixed sprouts khichdi

Khichdi's can be make in different types and it's healthy in all it's way why not make it more healthy by making it with sprouts it taste the double.
Ingredient
1 tbsp or adjust as per taste
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take rice,masoor dal,yellow moongh dal wash it nicely and take sprouts wash it and boil until cooked soft some sprouts cannot be used directly it take time to cooked so best option to boil it before to make cooking easy.
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil and when oil is heat enough add chopped onion, green chilli,when onions are soft add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.Next add tomatoes with the spices and mix well and cook till tomatoes get soft
* Step 3
Next add boiled sprout and rice and add the remaining water in which we boiled the sprouts and mix and let the rice cook well if required add water make sure to add good water to make khichdi soft it should not be dry.Next add chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Now cover the lid and wait till rice is cooked and water has absorbed fully and serve this delicious and healthy khichdi in dinner or lunch and enjoy the taste.
