Salmon roast in butter, lemon and coriander
Yesterday I bought 2 salmon fillets and made this easy tasty dish for dinner
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oven to 190• and put the roasting dish in the oven with a knob of butter and salt. When the butter has melted take the dish out put the salmon fillets in and put some sprigs of coriander and lemon slices on top
* Step 2
Turn fillets over and do the same on the other side. Put them in the oven and leave to roast for 35 minutes
* Step 3
Add a spoonful of virgin olive oil and some black pepper. Serve with greens and enjoy with a glass of cold crisp white wine 🥂😊
