Cabbage carrot vada

Ingredient

to taste

Salt

2 drops

lemon juice

1 cup

maida

1/2 tsp

cornflour

as needed

Oil for fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all take one big bowl and add grated cabbage and carrot..

* Step 2

And add maida and corn flour.

* Step 3

And add salt, red chilli,blackpepper and ginger garlic paste..

* Step 4

And mix well..

* Step 5

And make some medium size balls..

* Step 6

And fry..

* Step 7

And serve with souce..
