Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by making a dough by mixing khoya, maida, cooking soda, cardamom powder and water. Knead it well to make a soft dough.

* Step 2

Divided the dough into small portions and make small dumplings.

* Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the dumpling and fry it until it becomes golden brown in color. Make sure you are not overcooking it. Once the dumplings are golden brown, take it out and place them on absorbent paper towel.

* Step 4

Now, make jaggery and sugar syrup by adding two and a half kilo of jaggery in one and a half liter of water and cook it for about seven to ten minutes.

* Step 5

Once the syrup is ready, add the fried dumpling into it. Garnish it with some almond silvers and pistachios. Jaggery recipe is ready to serve.

* Step 6
