Snack Time!

I've been doing a new diet routine where I no longer put whey powder in my breakfast juice. Instead, I drink this in between my meals as snacks.

Ingredient

200 g

water

1 scoop

whey powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add everything in the blender

Do not repeat my mistake by putting the peanut butter on the side of the bottle 🤣 but yes I put around that much

Last, as usual, add in the whey powder. My protein powder for the moment is matcha flavoured, so I've been doing some experiments for which flavour combination is best to use with it.

Blend this beauty nice and smooth. If you like it thicker you can add more banana instead of reducing the water 😉
