Cooking instructions

Chop the onion thinly and start frying in a pan with olive oil

Fry until it gets a uniform golden color

Chop the blue cheese and add it to the pan

Mix the cheese with the rest of ingredient in the pan until the cheese melts.

Add the white cream slowly and remove until everything is well mixed together

Add the tortelinis and keep mixing for a minute.
