Green hummus with ham and eggs
Wanted to try some variation to the plain hummus so throwing in a few peas didn't seem a bad idea.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the hummus add the peas chickpeas, tahini, salt, herbs, pepper and olive oil in a bowl.
* Step 2
Blend the mix till it gets a creamy, homogeneous texture
* Step 3
Fry the onion, ham and eggs.
* Step 4
Serve the hummus and add the scrambled eggs with ham on top
