Gnocchi with Pesto and Chorizo

Gnocchi with Pesto and Chorizo

Wanted to cook gnocchi but couldn't decide between pesto flavour and chorizo so... ended doing both XD

Ingredient

200-250 g

Gnocchi

50 g

chorizo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop half an onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil at high heat until it gets crispy

* Step 2

Add the parsley to the pan and keep frying for 30 seconds or so, We like parley a lot so used quite a bit

* Step 3

Add the gnocchi to the pan and fry for 5 minutes till they get the golden crust, remove constantly to avoid them from sticking together.

* Step 4

Add half glass of hot water to the pan, aprox 10cl and let them suck it, keep removing until the excess of water evaporates

* Step 5

In another pan, use olive oil to hear and possibly dilute the pesto sauce and make it easy for the gnocchi to get covered with it

* Step 6

Add half of the gnocchi to the pan with pesto and remove for 5 min at mid heat

* Step 7

Slice the chorizo into thin slices and add them to the first pan with half the gnocchi, remove for 5 minutes at mid heat

* Step 8

Serve half the gnocchi on one side of the dish and the other half on the other side

* Step 9

Let it rest for 5 minutes

* Step 10
