One of the famous rice flatbread from Karnataka, is usually served either for breakfast or lunch as per choice. Rich in fiber and carbs, it's very filling
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix onions, carrot jira salt coriander leaves ginger, green chilli
* Step 2
Add rice flour and mix until the mixture is crumbly
* Step 3
Add required water and knead into a smooth soft dough
* Step 4
On a greased foil/leaf place a small portion of the dough
* Step 5
With wet palms roll into thin roti and make small holes to help even cooking of roti
* Step 6
Gently place the foil upside down on the hot tawa
* Step 7
After a minute gently remove the foil without breaking the roti
* Step 8
Drizzle oil,cook on both the sides on medium heat
* Step 9
Serve hot with chutney, pickle or curry
