One of the popular European breakfast includes omlette which can be served with various toppings along with toast
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute 4-5 mushrooms, 1 tbsp onion in 1.5 tbsp hot oil till mushrooms brown. Switch off
* Step 2
Add 4 tbsp grated cheese to fried mushroom
* Step 3
Whisk 2 eggs, salt- pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp milk in a bowl
* Step 4
Add parsley and whisk well
* Step 5
Pour whisked eggs into a greased non stick pan
* Step 6
Add mushroom-cheese mix towards one end, you can sprinkle additional cheese on top of required. cook till done, fold and remove
