* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray

* Step 2

In a bowl, mash the banana. Add oats and mix well

* Step 3

Optionally you can add cinnamon, nuts or chocolate chip to mixture to enhance the taste

* Step 4

Drop spoonful of mixture on baking tray

* Step 5

Bake for 10 -12 minutes

* Step 6

Cool for 10 minutes and then serve immediately
