Pan Fried Fish

#meetthemeat Delicious sea fish rightly spiced and pan fried in coconut oil makes this perfect side dish for rice

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

Chilli powder

1 tablespoon

Coriander powder

2 tablespoons adjust

Kashmiri chilli powder

to taste

Salt

1 tablespoon

Lemon juice

1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 tablespoon adjust

Pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean fish and make deep slits on fish on both sides

* Step 2

In a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix. Add fish pieces and marinate well. Keep it aside for 1 hour

* Step 3

Heat non stick pan, add coconut oil. You can use any oil, but coconut oil adds flavour

* Step 4

Add fish pieces, cover and cook for 6-7 minutes over low medium heat

* Step 5

Gently flip over, increase flame for few seconds. Now reduce heat to low medium and cook for 5 minutes

* Step 6

Serve hot with rice
