chili flakes

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and cut aubergine

* Step 2

Make sure while boiling press the aubergine to submerging under water to keep the color vibrant

* Step 3

After 1min of boiling bath in ice bath

* Step 4

Mix everything together
