King Oyster Mushrooms with Ginger & Soba Noodles
A tasty and filling #lunch on a cold day

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lightly oil your frying pan with the sesame oil. Add the ginger and garlic and fry gently.
* Step 2
Add one of the oyster mushrooms sliced into thin slices. Let them fry for 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and continue to fry for a few minutes.
* Step 3
Now add the second oyster mushroom diced into smaller cubes. Add the red chilli, fish sauce, the white half of the spring onion, the sugar and a dash of water.
* Step 4
Let the mushrooms continue cooking while your soba noodles cook.
* Step 5
Then drain the noodles and add to your pan. Mix it all together and serve topped with the remaining spring onions and sesame seeds.
