Miso & Shiitake Instant Noodle Bowl
So easy for #lunch and you can transport it too if you make it up in a Kilmer jar or plastic pot with a good lid on it. #OodlesOfNoodles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In your bowl or transportable pot, squeeze your sachet of sauce in the base.
* Step 2
Then add your thinly sliced mushrooms. Then the sliced pak choy leaves and some of the chilli (to taste).
* Step 3
Cook and refresh your noodles in cold water. If youre not making straight away let them drain and dry before adding them to the pot.
* Step 4
When ready to eat, pour the boiling water on top, stir it up then put a lid on the pot and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add more fresh chilli then it’s ready to eat.
