Easy Peasy Gluten-Free, Vegan Custard
I’m not going to lie, I don’t ever make my custard from scratch!! In fact I feel not enough people know about the joy of Birds custard powder, or realise that it’s gluten free AND tastes just as good when you make it with non-dairy milk! This knowledge is my gift to you all this winter 😂❤️ #vegan #dairyfree #glutenfree

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together the Birds powder, sugar and a few tbsp of the milk in a pudding bowl.
* Step 2
Heat the remaining milk on the hob. When it’s piping hot but not boiling, pour the milk into the bowl with your powder mix in it. Whisk it then pour it back into your pan.
* Step 3
Turn the pan heat up and bring up to the boil while stirring gently but constantly. Done!!!
