Super Simple Satay Salmon
I cheated with this but everyone thought I’d spent ages making it 😆

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 C and line a baking tray with foil.
* Step 2
Add the salmon skin side down. Spread the satay sauce over the salmon. The sauce I used was quite sweet so I added salt and pepper to try to balance it out a bit.
* Step 3
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes. Scatter with the spring onions before serving.
