Berry & Almond Butter Chia Seed Pudding

This is my new favourite chia pudding! You get little bursts of freshness from the fruit and it’s really filling too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk together the chia seeds, almond butter, honey and coconut milk.

* Step 2

Then add the frozen berries and use a fork to break them up into smaller lumps. Stir well then transfer into your serving dish and chill for an hour.

* Step 3

Dice the fruit and chop the nuts, scatter them over the top. Don’t miss this but as the textures from the nuts are really lovely!

* Step 4

Drizzle with more honey if you like before serving.
