Adapted from Vegan Keto by Liz MacDowell. The broccoli goes really crispy as the tahini and flax creates a batter - really good I recommend it! Also surprisingly filling also #keto #glutenfree & #vegan

Ingredient

Food ration :

tahini

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

water

1 tbsp

ground flax

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix everything except the broccoli in a bowl.

Add the broccoli and stir to coat the florets.

* Step 3

Bake on a tray lined with parchment paper at 180 C for 30 mins.
