Store Cupboard Turkey Curry

There were a few groans when I announced that dinner was turkey again for the 3rd day in a row ... but everyone except the fussy one enjoyed this (Alex had chicken nuggets instead 🙄)

Ingredient

turmeric

1/4 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a few tbsp of coconut oil and stir in the spices. Add the shredded turkey and stir well.

* Step 2

Add the tinned tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 mins. Then stir in the coconut cream from the top of the can of milk. You can add some of the thinned coconut water too to get the desired consistency.
