A Smokey Mushroom Breakfast

We had mushrooms to use up in the #cookpadkitchen so I fried them with oak smoked paprika and topped with crunchy seeds for a nutritious breakfast 😋 I had them just like this but would be heaven on top of toast with a poached egg! #newcookschallenge

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and fry in a pan with a good slug of olive oil.

* Step 2

Fry gently for a few mins then add the paprika. Keep cooking until the liquid inside the mushrooms is released then turn the heat up slightly to help evaporate the water and fry them out a bit.

Season generously then serve topped with the seeds.
