My best friend and I lived off this dish when we were students!!! I haven’t made this for years but honestly is it sooo good!! You have to grill the tuna until the toast is just starting to burn on the edges and the tuna is going golden on top. I’ve used a posh sourdough here but as students we used the cheapest tuna and white bread from the Quicksave near our student digs. Good times 🥰 #lunchideas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grill your bread.
* Step 2
Then in a bowl, mix together your tuna, mayo and ketchup.
* Step 3
Spoon the tuna mayo onto your toast and grill under a hot grill for about 5 mins. Keep a close eye on it as when it burns it goes quickly and you’ll be sad if that happens 😂
