Strawberry & Pistachio Porridge

Healthy but still feels luxurious. A great start to my day, also #vegan 😍

Ingredient

100-200 mls

soya milk

to taste

Maple syrup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oats and soya milk in a microwave for 3 minutes (or heat on the hob). Use more or less milk depending on how runny you like your porridge.

Mix in a little maple syrup, then top with the strawberries and nuts, and another drizzle of maple syrup.
