Dairy-Free Bulletproof Coffee (BPC)
I like to dabble in various healthy eating trends, and I’m currently trying out #lowcarb. This BPC is #keto friendly and honestly I love it!! It’s a creamy, dairy free treat with a big kick of caffeine. You can add a sweetener if you like, but I prefer it without. You really need a blender for this to get the froth, I use a nutribullet. Coconut oil is full of healthy fats and this coffee is surprisingly filling because of its fat content.
Cooking instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
