STIR-FRY SHRIMPS WITH SHITAKEE MUSHROOMS, GREEN PEAS PODS AND OYSTER SAUCE. JON STYLE
I love stir-fry food made in Wok. I like to use a lot of vegetables, these are crunchier and easy to cook. You just have to have the necessary ingredients.
I served with Quinoa.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut and measure the ingredients needed for the recipe.
* Step 2
In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients for the sauce.
* Step 3
In a small saucepan put the Quinoa ingredients together and cook slowly for about 15 minutes until it absorbs the water.
* Step 4
Heat a wok with a bit vegetable oil and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink, do not overcook them because they will be hard. Reserve on a plate.
* Step 5
Reheat the Wok, add the sesame oil and quickly cook the garlic with the ginger.
Add and stir-fry the vegetables. Add a tablespoon of water to create a little steam to help cook the vegetables.
