Purple cabbage salad with grilled chicken breast, feta, and citrus dressing
I loooooove purple cabbage. Yes, its mostly because of the colour but I love the taste, the crunch, and I can just eat it as is with a simple citrus dressing. Today I was looking for something more filling so I added the chicken, and some cheese.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients, and coat in oats. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Blend all the ingredients for the dressing. Taste as you go and adjust as per your liking.
* Step 3
Bake the chicken at 190 C for 7 minutes.
* Step 4
Chop the cabbage, crumble feta, add the chicken and drizzle in the dressing.
* Step 5
Toss around. Taste as you go. Add salt if needed.
* Step 6
Refreshing salad, that is quite filling.
