Pahly all ingredients ko prepare karein Rice ko 15 mint soak kar k pani drsin kar lein
* Step 2
Pan main oil garam kar k whole spices 30 second sauté karein add spring onion white part cook onion soft ho jaey add ginger garlic paste saute 30 second
* Step 3
Add dry spices mix add potato carrot fry kar k 1/4 cup pani add kar k 5 to 7 mints cook jub hyb potato 60 % cook ho jaein to sauces add kar k pies capsicum or half spring onion add kar k pani dal dein boil any per rice dal kar pani dry hony tak cook karein
* Step 4
Jub pani dry hony lagy cabbage half spring onion add kar k cover kar k low flam per 10 mint cook karein tummy chinese vegetable pulao ready to serve
