* Step 1

All biryani ingredients prepare kar lein Pan main oil garam kar khary Masaly 30 second sauté add onion pink color any tak cook karein add ginger garlic paste saute 30 second

Add dry spices 1 tbsp bhon lein add tomato soft hony tak cook karein add mutton 4 sy 5 mint bhon lein mutton ka pani dry hony tak

* Step 3

Mints leaves coriander leaves green chili ko thory sy yogurt main pes kar paste bana kar wo bhi add kar k thora bhon kar 1 cup water dal kar boil any per cover kar k 35 to 40 mints cook karein

After 40 mints jub pani dry ho jaey mutton 60 to 80 % cook ho jaey bhon kar yogurt add kar k mix kar k 10 mint cook karein oil sealer hony lagy to biryani haryali korma ready

* Step 5

Pan main pani or all boiling ingredients dal kar boil any per rice wash kar k add kar k cook karein jub rice 95 % cook ho jaein pani drain kar lein

* Step 6

Ab pan main pahly half boil rice spread karein phir half biryani korma spread karein some mint leaves spread karein Isi trha 2nd layer kar 10 mint simmer per rakh dein

* Step 7
