Patato ki boil kar ke skin remove kar ke mash kar lein
* Step 2
Phir mash kiey Huey patato main coriander leaves green chilli onion salt red chilli lemon juice ginger dal kar mix kar lein

Ab garamflour main salt red chilli powder dal kar pani sy aik na ziada which na ziada patla better banaey normal sa better bana lein
* Step 4
Ab patato mix main sy ladoo jitna ya thora bara mixchure ly kar boll shape dy kar garamflour better main coat kar lein
* Step 5
Aik pan main oil garamker ke medium low flam per patato ball dip fry kar lein golden hony tak yummy patara wada ko ketchup ya kisi bhi sauce ke sath serve karein
