* Step 1
Pahly daal mash ko wash kar ke 30 mint soak kar ke rakh dein phir boil kar lein dal soft ho jaey pani dry ho jaey to nikal kar side per rakh dein aik pan main oil garamker ke ginger garlic paist dal kar soty karein

Thora clour change hony lagy to sabit zeera or longi mirch add kar ke thora soty kar ke tomato add kar dein tomato soft hony tak cook karein ab haldi powder red chilli dahniya powder salt dal kar soty karein
* Step 3
Phir boil dal kar fry karein fry karty time green chilli add kar ke fry karein phir garammasla hara dahnya dal fry karein oil nazar any lagy to ginger add kar ke flam of kar ke dish out kar ke chalti ke sath serve karein
