Spicy Green Pork
It’s food from North Sumatra, I made it my own way my family loves it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry fry coconut and coriander ground until brown. Once it’s cool, process until smooth.
* Step 2
Blend all of the spice but leave lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. Then fry with oil until fragrant.
* Step 3
Put the pork steak and cook until half cooked.
* Step 4
Put 1-2 cups of water and cook until meat is tender. Put the powdered coconut and stir well.
* Step 5
Cook for about 5 minutes and serve.
* Step 6
You can serve with rice and salad or you can have it as a wrap with shredded lettuce and capsicum, cheese etc.
