Choco nutella loaf

I found a simple chocolate cake recipe online and altered it a bit. It's around 167 calories per slice serving. Around 10 servings

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour
3/4 cup

cocoa powder

11/2 tsp

baking powder

1 cup

milk cold

1/2 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the wet ingredients well incorporated

* Step 2

Mix in the dry with the wet ingredients until creamy

* Step 3

At the end mix in the 1 cup of boiling water Right out jf boiling so be careful mix slowly it will be runny that's normal

* Step 4

Pour in only half the mix in glass loaf container I lined mine with foil and sprayed with butter spray

* Step 5

Drop little dollops of nutella in the wet loaf mix evenly it will sink to the bottom that's normal.

* Step 6

Bake at 359 for 45 minutes to an hour. I did 45 minutes. Should be super soft and moist but almost clean in the middle if you poke a toothpick through it

* Step 7

When done take out drizzle honey on it let it cool

* Step 8

Take about 3 tablespoons of nutella with a little bit of boiling water mix until Slightly thin like a drizzle. Then pour or drizzle over entire loaf.

So this is what was left I didn't get the chance to take a snapshot before my kids and sister devoured it lmao but it's gorgeous trust me.

Save the rest of the chocolate loaf mix in the freezer for another day its so rich you don't need to make the whole thing.
