Aaloo tikki

Fast to cook 👩‍🍳 good to Eat 😋

Ingredient

1 tea spoon

salt

1 table spoon

ginger garlic peste

1 table spoon

red chilli powder

1 tea spoon

turmeric powder

1 tea spoon

cumin powder

1 tea spoon

coriander powder

3-4 table spoon

oil

1/2 cup

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 2 boil potatoes and mash it properly + add one chopped onion + add finely chopped chilies + Add a cup of besan flour

* Step 2

Add ginger garlic peste + red chilli powder+ turmeric powder+cumin powder+ coriander powder + black pepper powder + add salt as per your taste

* Step 3

Mix all ingredients well and add half cup hot water and make a soft dough and keep it for 5 minutes

* Step 4

Make small balls and give them different shapes here I gave round shape

* Step 5

Take a nonstick pan grease it property and put some oil and shallow fry Aaloo tikkies and garnish with freash coriander leaves and serve 😋
