Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the cashewnuts in 1cup warm water for 5 minutes and make a paste with the same water.
* Step 2
Boil the milk and cook for ten minutes more till it is half of the quantity. Add rice flour or milk powder with peeled almonds paste (diluted in a little milk).
* Step 3
Stir constantly to avoid the lumps. Add sugar & stir till the sugar dissolves. Add cardamom powder and remove from heat.
* Step 4
Serve cold garnished with cashewnut,almonds,pistachios,saffron strands and fresh rose petals.
* Step 5
Delicious Nuts phirni #colourwhite is ready to serve.
