Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee, add 1 inch piece Ginger (chopped), 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds,1/4tsp asafoetida, red chilli and stir fry.
* Step 2
Add tomato puree and cook it for a minute and add salt and red chilli powder to taste,
* Step 3
Add spinach puree,kasuri methi and cook for 4 minutes
* Step 5
Add cooked vegetables in prepared spinach puree.
* Step 6
Add lemon juice,mix well with puree and vegetables.
* Step 7
Serve topped by chilli oil and some cooked vegetables..
* Step 8
Serve hot garnished by lemon slice and coriander leaf.
* Step 9
