Guavas are also rich in manganese which helps the body to absorb other key nutrients from the food that we eat.So itried Amrood ki katli with this #winter fruit without adding no artificial colour. I used beetroot juice for colour.I tried Amrood ki katli because it is affordable also for everyone-here is my recipe Amrood ki katli with this #winter fruits.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut guavas into small pieces.In a large saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil.
* Step 2
Add the guava pieces and cook for 8-10 mins until they are pulpy and soft.
* Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and sieve the pulp through a fine sieve to remove seeds and skin.
* Step 4
In a non-stick pan, add strained pulp, and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Add beetroot juice and cook for 5 minutes
* Step 6
Add grated roasted khoya mixed with roasted sesame seeds for crunch and elaichi powder.
Mix well.
* Step 7
Cook until the mixture leaves the side of the pan
* Step 8
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately pour the mixture into a greased plate and spread evenly. and allow it to cool.
* Step 9
Sprinkle half of dessicated coconut and press gently.
* Step 10
Cut into diamond shape with diamond shaped cutter.
* Step 11
Wrap each katli with remaining desiccated coconut and decorate with silver ball.
* Step 12
Amrood katlies are ready to serve.
* Step 13
You can transfer them into an air-tight container and keep refrigerated for after serving..
